Delivery

General Delivery Terms

Ordered products are delivered to the entrance of a residential property. If the delivery address is an apartment building, the courier is not obliged to carry the products to the floor where the Customer resides, but only to the entrance of the building. Access to the entrance by a delivery vehicle must be unobstructed; otherwise, delivery will be made to the nearest possible point where delivery can be completed. Delivery is available throughout the entire territory of Croatia.

Products are shipped via the GLS courier service (General Logistics Systems Croatia d.o.o.). The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, except for products for which the Customer has been specifically informed of a different delivery time. Delivery to mainland Croatia takes 1 to 3 business days, while delivery to islands may vary (up to a maximum of 7 business days), depending on ferry schedules. The delivery period begins from the moment the Customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and non-working days are not included in the delivery time.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the selected delivery method.

To ensure better communication between the Customer and the courier, webshop staff provide the delivery service with the phone number supplied by the Customer during registration and order confirmation.

Other Delivery Terms

All orders received under regular conditions* and placed by 14:00 are dispatched on the next business day. Products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during standard handling in transport. Upon receipt of the products, the Customer is obliged to inspect them for any damage and immediately report any issues to the courier who delivered the goods. The Customer is required to sign a delivery receipt upon accepting the shipment. If, after dispatch, the Customer does not receive the goods or a delivery notice within the expected time frame, they have the right to notify the Seller so that the shipment can be traced.

*Regular conditions include standard order processing at all stages, proper functioning of operational systems, regular supplier deliveries, and normal conditions for transport and delivery. In the event of a change in the delivery timeframe or any other important circumstance affecting order fulfillment, the Customer will be notified by phone or email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
